consecutive years of being named salesperson of the year.
Upon my journey South, leaving my homeland of Ohio, I ventured
out where my family had moved, Spartanburg, S.C. During my journey,
I crossed the path of Roger Newbold, an impressive mentor who taught
me what I have grown to love and to succeed in... The car business.
An educated female with a northern drawl, and a southern wish
led me to the diversity and challenge of a sales position with the
Vic Bailey Lincoln-Mercury organization. As the business changes
daily, and my customer base grows, I learned one thing, training

Job
Training USA, Mr. Newbold's training class gave me the fundamentals
that I needed to become a successful sales professional. It gave
me an edge over the rest of the sales team. I was fresh out of college,
and I wasn't sure I had chosen the right career path. My first year,
I made over $ 60,000.00, and I never questioned my decision again.
As a new
consultant for Gene Reed Toyota my first month, Feb. 2003 I sold
9 cars and made over $3,0000.00 and I couldn't have done it without
